- Know the basic concepts of the laws and regulations on the activities of departments in the legal field DSNS emergency prevention and fire safety in Ukraine;
- Know the legal state authorities, businesses and individuals in the field of civil protection, regardless of ownership; basic concepts of administrative law and application of the law in practice DSNS services.
- To conduct an inquiry in cases of fire and offenses which comes under the responsibility of administrative law. defining the role and place of specialists in the construction and fire safety in building fire safety solutions in the design and construction of facilities;
- Disclosure of the fire risk buildings, development of measures for their fire protection;
- Developing abilities to conduct fire prevention work in construction in the settlements, industrial facilities and other requirements to apply regulations on fire safety in the building during the fire-technical surveys and assessment of projects.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

-ensure conscious and skillful performance of the most efficient and effective methods and ways of working with fire trucks and equipment during the firefighting and emergency response; -in a result of the discipline, an expert should know: During the study course of future professionals need to learn techniques and methods of action of the fire trucks and equipment. - elaborate and draw up the necessary documentation for the results of the examination equipment, fire and technical equipment, fire inspection condition. - forming knowledge of the basics of creating service protection from gases and smoking units Operational Rescue Service DSNS Ukraine; - prepare and implement educational and training sessions with staff service protection from gases and smoke under guidance; - forming knowledge for an objective assessment of the level of training firefighters working in smoke service protection from gases and smoke and state service in Ukraine DSNS units.
