Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the discipline, the graduate student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
1. subject area and methodological basis of public administration;
2. perspective scientific directions of development of public administration;
3. technologies and procedures for formulating public administration goals;
4. laws, principles and mechanisms of public administration; ambush,
5. mechanisms, bodies, methods and styles of public administration;
6. take measures to introduce modern forms and methods
activity of the subject of public sphere, its structural subdivision, optimization of its functional and organizational structure, based on the content of modern management technologies;
7. apply methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration in the face of socio-economic change.
The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following programmatic learning outcomes:
o the ability to describe, analyze and explain the historical, philosophical and institutional foundations of public administration.
o Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the specifics of government, economy and civil society.
o Ability to describe the foundations of e-governance as elements of the information society.
o Ability to formulate and summarize ethical principles and behaviors of public administration representatives.
