organizational and legal mechanism for providing administrative services in EU countries;
ethical principles of public administration in EU countries;
 innovative public management technologies in EU countries;
ways of ensuring the legitimacy of public relations;
peculiarities of administration in the administrative-political, economic, educational and cultural spheres in the EU countries;
 methodological bases, legislation and practice of public administration in EU countries, possibilities of their application in Ukraine;
be able:
competently apply the conceptual categorical apparatus, regulatory legal vocabulary and special terminology in practice;
identify the essence of the legal problem in the field of public administration in EU countries;
to correctly identify the basics of legal regulation of the relevant legal relationships arising in the field of public administration in EU countries;
propose ways of solving particular problems of legal regulation;
it is justified to state its own legal position using references to normative acts, explanatory materials of state and local self-government bodies of EU countries;
correctly interpret and apply the legal rules governing public relations relations in EU countries;
use the achievements of legal science to solve professional problems in public administration in EU countries;
