Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the discipline, the graduate student should be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
1. subject area and methodological basis of the public sector;
2. promising scientific directions of public sector reform;
3. technologies and procedures for shaping public sector reform goals;
4. laws, principles and mechanisms of the public sector reform process,
5. identify and supplement the powers, responsibilities of public sector reform management bodies;
6. to develop, refine and justify the public sector reform strategy;
7. Apply methods and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of public sector reform measures.
The study of the discipline provides for the formation and development of competencies for postgraduate students:

• Critically evaluate the already existing experience of public administration and administration and use it to formulate effective and appropriate recommendations.
• Predict current trends in the interaction of governmental structures, political and public organizations to improve governance at central and regional levels.

.The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following programmatic learning outcomes:
• • Ability to identify and characterize current public sector reform trends;
• • To reflect on common new trends in the development of governance systems and to select and evaluate specific changes in the political and administrative systems of some EU Member States.
• • Compare and analyze the experience of using the political and administrative systems of EU Member States.
• • It is reasonable to select and apply effective mechanisms of administration and democratic governance in order to create conditions for socio-economic development.
• • Analyze problems of modernizing public governance and develop proposals to address them in the light of New Public Management concepts.
