Learning outcomes:
• know modern methods of application of the latest technologies and finishing materials in the interior design of residential buildings;
• analyze national and international experience in interior design and highlight current trends in design;
• develop projects of interior living spaces, ensuring a high level of consumer and aesthetic properties, the original compositional and stylistic decisions, compliance with technical and economic requirements and progressive production technologies;
• use of modern lighting design trends in the selection of interior finishes and interior design.

Summary of the subject:
Modern plumbing fixtures and accessories. Modern interior finishes and decorating wall surfaces for housing. Modern materials for the installation of floors. Modern materials and methods of installation of ceilings in the interior of the housing.

• implementation an idea sketchs that begin to determine the order for designing a project, review work (30%);
• final control (control measure, test): students' individual work, presentations, written and verbal response to questions from the course (70 %).
