Summary of the subject:
The essence of agile software development; team processes within agile development; conceptualization of the project in the context of agile development: the nature of the starting deck; a general understanding of the situation (what the project is based on) and bringing the project into reality (how to implement the project). Agile project planning: gathering of user stories; agile user stories estimation; preparing an agile backlog. Agile project implementation: iterations management, creation of an agile communications plan, visual workspace design.
