Learning outcomes:
Students are expected to acquire following knowledges:
- subject and tasks of the discipline "Intellectualization of the economy";
- the basic theoretical principles and principles of the processes of intellectualization of the economy;
- approaches to the formation of preconditions for intellectualization of the economy;
- methods of forecasting, planning and organizing processes of intellectualization of the economy;
- classification of signs and factors influencing the process of intellectualization of the economy;
- monitoring tools, diagnostics and criteria and indicators for evaluating the processes of intellectualization of the economy;
- models of economic activity, creative approaches to medium and long-term prediction of the intellectualization of the national economy.
Students are expected to acquire following skills:
- to determine the mission and goals of intellectualization of the economy;
- objectively evaluate the processes and consequences of the intellectualization of the economy;
- to evaluate the efficiency of investing in informatization and intellectualization of the economy;
- to analyze the intellectual capacity of the country's GDP and the dynamics of changes in the structure of the national economy, forms and levels of employment of the working-age population;
- to develop a set of alternatives for the development of the national economy based on its intellectualization;
- to develop a complex of motivational mechanisms and programs aimed at promoting the processes of intellectualization of labour among Ukrainians, in the entrepreneurial sector and the economy as a whole;
- to form national and business competitive advantages in the conditions of intellectualization of the economy.

Summary of the subject:
The study of the discipline "Intellectualization of the economy" aims to form specialists in the systemic knowledge in the field of intellectualization of the economy, intellectual capital and the transfer of intelligent technologies, the ability to detect and develop the intellectual activity of individuals and business entities. Ability to trace, systematize and analyze the evolutionary path of transformation of models of national and world economy, digital technologies.
Within the discipline the questions of the essence of national, regional and sectored intellectual potential and capital, information technologies as natural factors of intellectualization of the economy are considered. The tendency and demographic features of the development of the national labour market and its influence on the process of intellectualization of the economy are considered. The discipline is focused on forming the prerequisites for multiplying the intellectual property of the nation as a source of development of the national and world economy, which are components of the intellectual economy as factors of economic growth. The discipline is aimed at the formation and efficient use of national intellectual resources, the evaluation of financial and investment support of science in Ukraine as a factor of intellectualization and innovative development of the economy, the formation of an integrated information system for the needs of intellectualization of the economy and enterprise management, methodological bases for assessing the effectiveness of its level of intellectualization.
The discipline is intended for future specialists in management, human resources management, entrepreneurship and public administration and local self-government and all interested persons in the issues of intellectualization of the economy.
