Learning outcomes:
- to know the main benefits for the business of e-communication; basic concepts of building electronic communication links; models of electronic communications, their types and objectives; the main characteristics of electronic communications in marketing; possibility of evaluating the degree of effectiveness of electronic communications in marketing.
-to be able to use electronic communication tools to improve the marketing activity of the company.

Prerequisites: Marketing, Information systems in Marketing.
Co-requisites: E-commerce, Web-analitics.

The essence of the meaning and importance of electronic communications, features, advantages, disadvantages. Electronic communication of modern businesses. Corporate network. Market research online. Social networks as a means of electronic communications in the marketing. Strategic planning of marketing communications in electronic networks. Legal email marketing software. Methods of measuring the effectiveness of electronic communications. Status and prospects of electronic marketing communications in Ukraine.
