Learning outcomes:
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic theories, methods, principles and techniques in the field of land management and evaluation of real estate;
- The choice of methods, tools and equipment for work on land management and evaluation of real estate;
- Basic knowledge of basic of regulations and additional materials, instructions and other applicable regulations in the field of land management and evaluation of real estate;
- The ability to set limits on the area of land as objects of design;
- The ability to use the materials in the preparation of cadastre and land management study for the project, reporting the evaluation of real estate;
- Ability to work with geodetic instruments, capture and perform surveying plans to make land ownership and land use, calculate the area of land, prepare working drawings for removal project in nature (on ground) and others;
- Conducting field and laboratory research in land management and evaluation of real estate;
- The ability to use a variety of methods, including information technology;
- A responsible attitude to the work, to make decisions, to achieve the goal of compliance with professional ethics.

Summary of the subject:
Preparation time: introduction of labor protection and safety cadastral work, learning content and objectives. Field work: Study characteristics of certain types of electronic total stations. Creation of using electronic total stations cadastral reference geodetic network, coordinating limits land use practices polar, angular and linear serif, rectangular coordinates; installation and servitutnyh cadastral zoning restrictions, security, hygiene and sanitary protection zones. Field period - familiarization with the object of research, clarify the boundaries of the landfill and agricultural lands; rekohnostuvannya of territory, construction of routes and job cuts and lay the ground prykopok their descriptions in the relevant forms; highlight the contours of soil differences. Learning outcomes:
• know the structure and rules of operation of devices for satellite and astronomical observations; learn the method for determining the approximate astronomical coordinates and azimuth directions; know how to conduct satellite observations;
• be able to prepare the instruments for the observations, making and using of working ephemeris and planning satellite observations in a separate paragraph and networks, to conduct astronomical and satellite observations, receive signals exact time, perform the processing of astronomical measurements and use the packages for processing of satellite observations;
• get skills of angular measurements by astronomical theodolite, check of observations of stars, receiving radio signals exact time, planning sessions of satellite observations, mathematical processing of performed observations, conducting a scientific experiment.

Summary of the subject:
Acquaintance to the program of practice, the place of observation, the safety regulations. Distribution of students into teams, receiving of GPS-receivers. The study of the structure of GPS-receivers, the work with controllers. Planning GPS-observations with the software package SKI or Trimble Geomatics Office. Preparations for observations by the relative methods, programming missions. GPS-tracking geodetic points of network by the one of the static methods. Observations by method Stop and Go. Acquaintance to software packages GPS-processing of observations. The processing of GPS observations with the help of software package SKI or Trimble Geomatics Office.
