Summary of the subject:
Basic theoretical and practical issues of property valuation. Regulatory support assessment activities. The procedure and the evaluation and implementation evaluation. Creative thinking and the solution of specific practical and methodological problems associated with the legal regime of turnover of real estate. The nature and necessity of the assessment of the value of the property. Organization of the evaluation process. Calculation of cost of property of different methods. Normative legal and methodical base of expert evaluation
