Toponymy as a subsystem of Onomastics. (Cartographic and historical place names. The history of the place names and Development). Place names. The geographical range and toponymy. State register of geographical names such as Ukraine. Classification of place names. The etymology of place names Ukraine (scientific and popular etymology of names. Explanation of terms Russia, Ukraine, Russia, Kyiv, Lviv, Dnieper, Black Sea). Collection and use of geographic names. Forms of transfer of foreign names (local official form. Phonetic form. The traditional form, Translated form). Transliteration of Geographic Names.
