Learning outcomes:
to know: methodological foundations of social interaction from the perspective of general sociological methodology, theoretical models describing the social action, social perception, communication and cooperation at the macro and micro levels; main directions and approaches to the implementation of social interaction within informational technology impact.
• be able to: analyze various social phenomena and processes, structure and characteristics of social relations, groups, institutions of society using sociological approaches; tipologizirovat theoretical and empirical information when analyzing social reality; apply sociological methods of collecting information about social reality; analyze the impact of information and diagnose the manipulation; defend them against manipulation information actions

Summary of the subject:
Social interaction: concept and structure. Communication in the structure of social interaction. Perception of information: stages and features; Universal chain and communicative possibilities of intervention. Impact: theoretical and practical problems. Social contact and social interaction. Targets of communicative impact. Public opinion as an object of social impact. Resources of Social Impact: verbal, non-verbal and symbolic. Communications technologies. Communicative campaign: concept, stages, terms of efficiency.
