Learning outcomes:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different approaches, theories, and concepts of studying, features of developing teaching materials for the study of the academic subject as well as lectures, seminars and workshops on psychological academic subjects; basic knowledge and understanding of the sense to civilize the students during the educational process, psychological and pedagogical foundations for the human, national-patriotic, spiritual, moral, civic, and professional skills to be formed by them; basic knowledge of the assessment criteria with regard to the students’ knowledge, skills and abilities in the psychological academic subjects they study.
• skills:
to critically rethink the established scientific views; ability to use different theories, approaches and concepts of training efficiently during the educational process, develop methodic materials to the study the educational subject as well as lectures, seminars and workshops on psychological educational subject; it is advisable to combine different techniques during the training class; civilize students, influence on them to form universal, national-patriotic, spiritual, moral, professional and civic qualities.

Features of psychological and educational researches in higher education. Design of the training content at higher education institutions. Psychological and educational requirements for a higher school teacher. Psychological and pedagogical bases of student personality formation. Classification of teaching techniques at higher school. Study types. Overview of learning arrangement forms at higher school. Technique to develop educational course in psychology. Methodological aspects of preparing for and delivering lectures. Technique to arrange and hold seminars and practical classes at higher school. A student as the subject of his/her own educational and professional activities Arrangement of independent educational and informative activities of students. The concept of the students’ educational activities control: functions, arrangement principles, types and forms.
