- to orient in the system of legislation of Ukraine about a notary and find in it the necessary norm for a particular case; - to analyze normative acts concerning notarial activity and apply them in own practical activity; - to interpret the norms of the Law of Ukraine "About Notary"; - draft agreements and applications; - to make copies of documents and extracts from it; - to give an explanation on the issues of committing notarial acts and consultations of a legal nature; - to solve practical problems that arise in applying of the norms of law to specific practical situations and to draw up the relevant documents; - to explain to persons who applied for the notarial act, their rights and obligations, to warn about the consequences of the committing of notarial acts being committed too.

Notarial process

The purpose of the program is to familiarize future specialists with the role of notaries in public life, with the principles of the notary's activity, the system of notarial bodies, with the general rules of certification of legal acts and tasks of the notary. The objectives of the program: to reveal the organizational foundations of the activity of the notary, to familiarize with the notarial process and its principles, to familiarize with the general rules of the commiting of notarial acts; to give some practice skills of application of legislation about notary in carrying out business activity.
