Be able to: correctly determine the problems of civil law, civil law, ways of overcoming them; to interpret and disclose basic concepts, institutes and categories of civil law; carry out scientific research in the field of civil law.

Civil law

Aim: To form a system of knowledge in the field of actual problems of civil law; to acquaint students with the basic theoretical and methodological principles of civil law regulation of property and personal non-property relations in the conditions of a market economy; to give practical skills in the application of civil law in the implementation of practical legal activities. Task: definition and disclosure of the main problems of understanding its concepts, categories and institutions, directions of development and improvement of civil legislation in a market economy and a rule of law state; solving the problems of application of civil law in legal practice, their presentation in the educational process; acquisition of skills of practical application of the norms of civil legislation of Ukraine by students in solving specific situations in practice; the ability to analyze and generalize the study material, the awareness of the need for constant updating of knowledge in the field of civil law.
