Learning outcomes:
- to know and understand the impact of technical solutions in social, economic, social and environmental contexts;
- to know the current state and tendencies of development, perspective domestic and foreign developments and the latest technologies in the field of heat energy;
- the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the impact of technical solutions in a social, economic, social and environmental context;
- work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

• Methods of the analysis of the indices of heat power engineering units,
• Fundamentals of Reconstruction and Modernization of Heat Power Engineering Units.
corequisites:
• Specialty course in specialty research, part 1;
• Workshop on scientific publications preparation, presentation of results, patent search and patent preparation.
Summary of the subject:
The latest thermal energy technologies, the latest achievements of domestic and foreign science and technology in the field of thermal power, modern methods and methods of research on optimization of parameters, installations and systems in the specialty are studied.
