The problems of the theory and practice of constitutionalism are especially relevant for Ukraine, which is in transition, when the socio-political coordinates of state and legal development are radically changing. Attempts to restrict human rights guaranteed at the constitutional and international levels are particularly pronounced during the proliferation of Covid-19.
In connection with the distribution of Covid-19, the Second International Scientific and Practical Conference «Constitutional Reform in Ukraine: The Experience of Central and Eastern Europe» will be held on October 16, 2020 both offline and online. The purpose of the conference is to exchange experiences and discuss current theoretical and practical issues in the field of state-building, guaranteeing the rule of law and human rights and the development of democracy.
