The strength of WFUWO is, first of all, its people who take responsibility for decision-making; it is the ability to respond to new challenges, to be flexible and courageous at the same time, said the Director of IECDR, emphasizing the role of the organization’s leader Anna Kisil, who led the organization in this difficult for humanity time, being able to mobilize effective women.

Words of gratitude were addressed to Lviv Polytechnic and IECDR, which was not only the main organizer of one of the WFUWO largest events – the International Assembly «Ukrainian Women in the World: Professionalism, Activism and Tradition», which took place in 2019 at Lviv Polytechnic National University, but has been a partner in the implementation of numerous joint projects, including Marusia Beck Literary Competition. It should be noted that the lion’s share of work on the organization of the competition was carried out by IECDR employees Nataliia Martynyshyn, Oksana Halaichuk, Ihor Kalynets and Iryna Ukrainska. The award ceremony will take place later.
