The pulverizer sprays melted chocolate onto the biscuits and drops placed in the open containers. The chocolate is provided to the pulverizer through thermo-isolated hose by a pump. To maintain the required temperature of the chocolate, the pulverizer is equipped with a heating circulating chamber with warm water. Pulverization is carried out through the needle valve with prepurified and heated air. The required amount of the chocolate is controlled by the microprocessor control system. Flexible hinge of the pulverizer allows its setting directly inside the panning drum in the necessary position.
