Scholarship opportunity in Slovakia for Ukrainian students

Penta Foundation scholarship Programme is now calling for 2019/2020 applications.

The Penta Foundation is inviting Ukrainian applicants to apply for the 2019/2020 Slovak Scholarship Programme.

1. There are in total Ten (10) Scholarship an offer
   • Master´s Scholarships
   • Intense Slovak language courses
   • Scholarship for Medicine (6 year scholarship)
2. Themes on offer
   • University of Economics in Bratislava:  International Finance Program
   • Comenius University in Bratislava: Fac- ulty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science
   • Comenius University in Bratislava: Faculty of Medicine - General Medicine
   • Slovak University of Technology in  Bratislava: Faculty of Architecture
   • Slovak University of Technology in  Bratislava: Faculty of Civil Engineering
   • Intense course of Slovak language at Slovak University of Technology
3. Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• Ukrainian nationality
• Meeting all the admission conditions given by the selected university
• Completing the selection process from the fund’s part: two rounds of online interviews held in late-May – June (applicants to the Faculty of Medicine will be interviewed after their entry examination separately)
• Signing the donation agreement formalizing the scholarship

4. The selection process

 Among the students who have met the application conditions, the donor selects 10 students on basis  of the following criteria:

• Two rounds of online interviews
• Previous academic records of the applicant
• Relevant academic, career and social activity of the applicant
• Endorsement letters and certificates provided
• Recommendations from the selection comission on the part of the university
