3. Ability to determine the nature of the activities of a parabank institution on a specific typological basis, and to relate it to a specific sector of the financial services market.
4. The ability to determine the staffing and budget of a particular parabank institution.
5. Ability to use financial security tools for parabank institutions.
6. Ability to explore the place and role of the parabank structure in the financial-credit system of the state.
7. Ability to formulate a strategic plan for the development of parabank structures in Ukraine.

The discipline deals with issues related to the study of the state of parabank structures in Ukraine, analyzes the need for skills in the functioning of parabank structures for future scientists, examines the legislative and regulatory framework of the functioning of parabank structures and features of the organization and functioning of parabank institutions, regulators of markets of parabank institutions, assignments functions and peculiarities of interaction with each other and with parabank structures, study of peculiarities of defining the nature of activity of parabank institution by a certain typological feature, and assigning it to a specific sector of the financial services market, financial security and prospects for development of parabank system and introduction of certain innovations in it
