Результати навчання:
As a result of studying the module the student should:
- to know: the essence of process-structured management and the importance of administering business structures, the functions of management (planning, organizing, motivating, controlling and regulating the activity of business structures), modern methods of managing the activity of business structures, socio-psychological and economic aspects of management;
- be able to: use the acquired knowledge to analyze the specifics of process-structured management at enterprises of foreign countries, patterns of interaction of national economies, inter-country movement of factors of production, financing and economic policy formation, and the possibility of its application in Ukrainian realities.
