• Apply knowledge of urban planning legislation and law at: designing, contracting, implementation of urban planning documentation and its passage at all stages of approval and the commissioning; to conclude agreements with foreign partners and ensure their implementation based on existing requirements of international and domestic contract law and urban planning law

Territory development prediction, rational settlement, sustainable development of the territory defining, parcels distribution due to the defined purpose, mutual solution of the state, public and private interests during territory planning, functional zones and objects placement defining, realization of the urban documentation, reconstruction of the existing buildings, preservation and restoration of the recreational, nature reserve, sanatory territories and landscape objects, creation and development of the engineering and transport infrastructure, development monitoring, urban cadastre maintenance, conduction of the control in the urban planning sphere.
