Specific arrangements for recognition of prior learning: Provided that the previous level is obtained in another country, it is necessary to nostrification carried out by Lviv Polytechnic. There are no mechanisms for recognizing informal and informal education.

Gained competence:
1.Description of the structure, structure, properties of the main groups of building materials and their impact on the quality, durability and reliability of building structures, methods for protecting them from corrosion and destruction.
2. Knowledge of the main directions of development of the industry of building materials and methods for increasing their efficiency by obtaining materials and products with specified properties.
3. Knowledge about the use of energy-saving and non-waste technologies for the production of building materials.
4. Knowledge about modern construction machines, equipment and mechanized tools; main types and design solutions of construction machinery and equipment, their use in the industry; the ability to independently choose sets of machines and equipment, taking into account the type of work and operating conditions.
5. Knowledge of the essence of the organizational structure of the educational process, characteristics of the structural elements of the process of training in a vocational school.
6. Knowledge of regularities, principles, forms, methods and means of professional training and methodical requirements for the preparation and conducting of training sessions of various organizational forms.
7. Knowledge of the structure and didactic requirements for the preparation of teaching and methodological support for educational subjects.
8. Knowledge of the main categories of pedagogical research, principles, methods and stages of pedagogical research.
9. Knowledge of the essence and purpose of professional mobility and the peculiarities of its formation in future skilled workers.
10. Knowledge of psychological characteristics of students of vocational school in the implementation of organizational, analytical and social functions in the education of a creative personality, patterns and peculiarities of its development.
1. Ability to develop technological schemes for the production of building materials.
2. Knowledge of skills to design buildings, structures, use of normative and technical documentation, to develop projects.
3. Skill ability to draw plans, cuts, facades, layout layout of building elements and structural components and parts of buildings; tied constructions to coordinate axes.
4. The ability to provide technical and economic assessment of the volume-planning and constructive decision of the building; read working drawings; to carry out projects of civil and industrial buildings.
5. Possessing abilities to choose building constructions and three-dimensional planning decisions on the basis of technical and economic assessment; building projects using computer technology.
6. Possessing skills to effectively combine informational and pedagogical technologies in teaching practice; to provide management (direction) of processes of educational or industrial (labor) activity and upbringing and development of personality.
7. Possession of the practice of the transfer of professional knowledge, the ability to analyze and determine the objectives of the training session on the basis of theoretical approaches in the methodology of vocational education.
8. Knowledge of skills to design content of training, to develop and use didactic means of methodical support of the training session.
9. Ability to explain, summarize, analyze and statistically process the results of learning achievements of students.
10. Possessing abilities to set up communicative subject-subject relations in the student group, organize and conduct group and individual educational work.
11. Ability to identify and formulate the main categories of pedagogical research, to establish a relationship between the main pedagogical categories and to use integrated methods of pedagogical research.
