- know the tools of personal and professional development of personality;

- to be able to organize communicative interaction in solving conflict situations in the process of the educational services formation and implementation.

Summary of the subject:
Peculiarities of the coaching practical use in the educational process; consulting as an element of coaching; psychological mechanisms used in the consulting process; vocational-professional, psychological-pedagogical, educational-methodical consulting for the achievement of higher professional and personal accomplishments.

Assessment methods and criteria:
- oral interview (frontal, individual, combined)
- written control of knowledge and skills is carried out through the implementation of individual tasks: essays, presentations, abstracts, test tasks;
- performance of practical work, oral questioning (40%);
- final control (60%, control action, exam): written-oral form (60%).
