Learning outcomes:
– Future professionals need to know: main principles of formation of the project team; the main styles of project management and principles of personnel motivation of the project; methods and models of conflict management in projects; the development and training of the project team; principles for planning the work of teams; the basics of labor law.
– Future professionals should be able to: identify the basic principles of project team; design the personnel structure of the project; generate the structure composition of the project team; to plan the development of an effective project team; use the basic management styles of the project and motivating project staff.
– Future professionals need to understand the place and role of human resource in the projects;
– Future professionals need to use: models and methods of management of human and material resources into projects;
– Future professionals need to analyze the stakeholders of the project to create effective project teams and the conditions in which the project is completed;
– Future professionals should evaluate: the effectiveness of the project team; performance of the project team.

Summary of the subject:
Effective management of the project team is the Foundation of project management. Typically, investors consider the project team as a key factor in its successful implementation. Management system project team includes the methods, procedures, programs, control processes related to human resources, and ensures their continuous improvement. The concept of managing the project team currently represent the growing role of the individual employee, his knowledge of motivational attitudes, the ability to shape and guide, in accordance with the tasks of the organizational structure of project management.
