Learning outcomes:
• know: the essence and stages of projects and programs expertise and auditing; main phase and project structure and its surroundings; criteria for determining the feasibility and economic efficiency of the projects.
• be able: to analyze expertise and auditing of investment projects, including investment, operating, financial activities; to analyze alternative projects; evaluate and make design decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty.
• must analyze: external and internal information in evaluating projects; ways and means to attract resources for project implementation and management mechanisms.
• should evaluate the projects and programs on marketing, technological, environmental, social and institutional viability, financial and economic attractiveness.

Summary of the subject:
The essence and content of the conducting examination and audit of projects and programs. Project analysis tools. Standard financial and informal criteria of design decisions justify. Dynamic analysis of project’s breakeven. Evaluation and acceptance of design decisions in conditions of risk and uncertainty. Market analysis. Technical analysis. The environmental analysis. Financial and economic analysis. Institutional analysis. Social analysis.
