Learning outcomes:
Following completion of the course, students are expected to acquire following knowledges:
- the rational methods of personnel behavior management within the company;
- efficient personnel behavior management models under various conditions;
- description and anlysis algorithms of the main stages of personnel behavior management in the organization;
- the main features of social network analysis in organization;
- modelling of specific leadership-based algorithm in creation of companys HR reserve based on social network analysis;
- the creation of professional and personal interrelational sociomaps using the sociomapping methodology.
Required prior and related subjects:
Prerequisites: the basics of management, HR management, corporate culture, HR motivation, human potential management, conflict management.
Co-requisites: organizational leadership technologies, talent management.
Summary of the subject:
The theoretical aspects of the concept of "personnel behavior management" and its role and impact on the organization; analysis and evaluation of internal and external factors of personnel behavior management; personnel behavior regulation based on corporate culture; sociometric methods of behavior analysis; modelling of specific leadership-based algorithm in creation of companys HR reserve based on social network analysis; the creation, modelling and adaptation of corporate culture.
