Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the module the student should know:
• basics on the theory of labor potential management;
• application of effective methods of labor potential management;
• analysis of labor potential and the state of its use, as well as to develop ways of solving existing problems.
The student should be able to:
• competently use basic concepts in the analysis of the labor market;
• to characterize the role of different socio-demographic groups of the population in the labor potential of society;
• characterize the subjects, objects, content and methods of labor potential management at different levels;
• to analyze the requirements for the quality of labor potential due to changes in the content and nature of labor in market conditions;
• develop proposals to improve management of workforce, taking into account international experience;
• calculate and analyze labor efficiency indicators;
• evaluate reserves for improving the efficiency of labor potential utilization and justify ways of using them.

theoretical aspects and main categories of the discipline "Labor Potential Management"; population as a natural basis for the formation of labor potential; labor market in the system of labor potential management; labor potential of society, organization; labor potential of the enterprise and its evaluation; labor productivity and its pay as factors of formation of labor potential of the enterprise; labor statistics; manpower planning as a component of labor potential management; formation of quality of labor potential; foreign experience in the formation of a professional level of work potential; social policy in the system of labor potential management; labor conflicts and methods of their resolution.
