Learning outcomes:
Students are expected to acquire following skills:
- to solve problems creatively in
construction of the effective system of HR-management;
- to use basic elements of corporate culture at different levels of management of the organization;
- to form the idea of a strong corporate culture as an innovative technology of management;
- to develop corporate codes practically.
Required prior and related subjects:
Prerequisites: Labor economics and social-labor relations, Introduction to speciality: HR management and labor economics.
Corrections: Final qualification examination, Bachelor thesis related practice, Bachelor thesis defence.

The principles of corporate culture and evaluation of its manifestations. External Attributes of Corporate Culture. Program of Corporate Culture Development. Corporate Culture Qualimetry. Corporate Code’s Structure.
