Learning outcomes:
Students are expected to acquire following knowledges:
- concept, the content of organizational behavior;
- the characteristics of diversity and its importance;
- personal processes;
- organizational processes;
- group and interpersonal processes;
- behavior patterns in organizations;
- behavior patterns in organizations;
- the concept of attitude and its components;
- process and principles of behavior modification;
- principles of staff involvement; - the basis of moral management.
Students are expected to acquire following skills:
- to describe the main differences between individuals;
- to identify differences in response to organizational changes;
- to determine the impact of various factors of work on job satisfaction;
- to conduct evaluation on the test "Big Five";
- to use methods to fix the desired and avoid unwanted behavior;
- to apply expectation models and equality process.

Summary of the subject:
Approaches and methods of organizational behavior studying. Personality processes. Perception and attribution. Motivation in the workplace. Group behavior and teamwork. Power and political behavior. Fundamentals of Leadership. Social adaptation in the team. Change and preservation of the organization's culture.
