Following the completion of the module the student should:
- develop the actual management system to organize and implement its rationalization due to changes in operating conditions;
- learn the formation methods of management in the enterprise;
- be able to form a rational management decisions in order to solve existing problems in the company;
- be able to improve communications systems in the organization;
- submit proposals to improve leadership in solving problems existing in the organization;
- be able to carry out the actual definition of efficiency and sound management systems.
