Learning outcomes:
• the ability to understand the place of the international stock market and to characterize trends and the state of international securities markets
• the ability to distinguish between primary and secondary markets, to know their structure and basic functions;
• ability to identify features of the international stock market and analyze its current state and development prospects;
• ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues of social development, domestic and international regulatory support
• ability to demonstrate knowledge of globalization and integration processes in the international economic environment and its impact on foreign trade activities in the domestic territory
• ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the parameters and factors of modern international economic environment, integration and globalization
• ability to explore foreign markets, to conduct an analytical monitoring of competitors, diagnose and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises;
• ability to understand the legislation governing the international stock market functioning.

The role of the stock market as a necessary element of the market economy infrastructure; Features of the international property titles market; International Debt Market; Shares; Bonds; Bills; Deposit certificates and other securities; Options; Stock Market Indices; Stock markets in the global stock market; Features of the stock market in Ukraine; Current state and problems of international stock market; Legal regulation of stock market; International stock market institutes; Stock Exchange; Financial markets interaction.

• current control: labs, practical trainings, seminars, public presentations at workshops, rapid testing, individual scientific-research tasks, participation in colloquia and role-playing games; case studies (45 %);
• final control: exam (55 %).
