Learning outcomes:
• The ability to find out the cause-effect relationships, analyze and summarize internal and external management information for planning, organizing, motivating employees and control the activities of subordinate units in enterprises and organizations
• The ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics to effectively manage entities in a market economy;
• The ability to apply knowledge needed to work at the grassroot level in line management and functional divisions of organizations of different ownership and organizational forms to work in state government, local government.
The skills of information and communication technologies use, implementation of computer programs and the use of existing programs.
