Learning outcomes:
- Know: the theory of public relations, including communications system features Ukrainian society, specific communications with the public, methods of research and information gathering institutions public relations, method of working with key community groups and using different communication tools;
- Be able to: conduct public opinion research, to study documentary sources, conduct briefings, press conferences, publications and conduct campaigns 3MI, use event driven communications (receptions, presentations, exhibitions, etc.); form the ability to manage audience, influence public opinion, using various tools and techniques.
