A result of studying the module student must: to understand the nature of foreign investment, know the types and forms of implementation, to know the basic provisions of laws that regulate the importation of foreign investments, know the order of state registration of foreign investments, know the features of granting tax benefits when making foreign investments in the authorized capital, know the customs clearance of foreign investment.
