1. Mastering the conceptual and categorical apparatus budgeting on investment and innovation, in particular to know and understand the essence of such concepts as "cost," "Budgeting," "investment and innovation", "innovation", "Investments" and so on.
2. Knowledge of and ability to solve specific tasks in the area of budgeting investment and innovation activities, form the main, auxiliary and special budgets of the enterprise in terms of investment and innovation.
3. Ability to select appropriate methods for the development and analysis of budgets in the field of investment and innovation; implement budgetary consolidation performance in terms of investment and innovation.
4. The ability to isolate the centers of responsibility and build financial management structure of the organization.
5. Knowledge of and ability to apply motivational mechanisms for budgeting in the area of investment and innovation.
6. Knowledge of and ability to control the performance of budget indicators at different stages of the budget process; determine budgeting horizon in the field of investment and innovation.
7. Ability to think systemically and comprehensively in the budgeting process of investment and innovation, and apply various tools of particular situations in the sphere of investment and innovation.
