Learning outcomes:
• ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of fundamental basis and modern trends of strategic, project, finance management development;
• ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of scientific research methodology and tools;
• ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical skills in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics to effectively manage entities in a market economy;
• ability to disclose the nature of the socio - economic phenomena and processes of business organizations, to assess the impact on economic processes of external factors, trends in the global economy, to have a holistic view of the development system of the organization, to analyse and use historical experience in solving actual problems of the national economy;
• to integrate and use the obtained theoretical knowledge on practice to solve administrative problems in management of different types of organizations;
• to develop strategic, tactical and operational plans for current activities, plans for all kinds of resources, business plans and monitor their implementation;
• to accept strategic marketing solutions, to combine various economic and mathematical methods and models for planning, organizing and evaluating the results of economic activities of enterprises and organizations;
• to use situational / systematic approaches to search and develop creative, talented employees;
