• to know the principles of building of the electronic devices circuit technique of manufacturing equipment;
• to know the types, the main characteristics and the specific of application of electronic technology equipment;
• to be able to build the block circuitry electronic devices of technology equipment.

Summary of the subject:
Semiconductor resistors - thermistors, photoresistors, varistors. Semiconductor diodes, rectifier diodes; silicic stabilitrons; Varicap; photodiodes; LEDs. Bipolar transistors. Amplifying properties, characteristics, inclusion schemes, frequency and noise characteristics. Unipolar transistors. Principle of operation, basic characteristics and parameters. Multijunction semiconductor devices. Dynistory. Characteristics and typical schemes of inclusion. Trinistors. Characteristics and principle of operation. Elements of optoelectronics. Electrical Measurement equipment. The types of instruments, system of notation, basic characteristics and principle of operation. Calculations of measuring bridges, shunts and additional resistances. Rectifiers. One half period rectifier. Two half period circuit with output midpoint. Two half period bridge circuit. Controlled rectifiers. Smoothing filters. Transistor stabilizers. Compensation and impulsive stabilizers. Voltage converters. Electronic generators. Feedback in amplifiers. Type oscillator LC and RC. Operational amplifier. Multivibrator. Trigger. Pulse shaper special form. The use of comparators, amplifiers in the electronic technological equipment production.
