Learning outcomes:
Following the completion of the module the student should:
• Know the theoretical foundations of human rights law, theory of social problems
• oppression and its impact Anti-oppressive practice.
• be able to: explore and analyze educational, methodical and additional literature; Define
• basic concepts of the course; identify components of oppression at different levels; analyze and
• synthesize knowledge.

Basic Legal Knowledge, Social Policy of Ukraine
Summary of the subject:
The definition of human rights. Domestic and international human rights law. Human rights in different political / economic systems. Prospects of order and conflict. Theory of social problems. Determined depression / distress. Levels of depression: personal, cultural, structural. The dynamics and forms of oppression. Internalized oppression and its impact. Practice antyhnoblenya personal, cultural and structural levels.
