• Know the general laws of the state law of Ukraine and factual material about the formation and development of state-legal institutions of Ukraine;
• Be able to analyze the processes of law and the independence of Ukraine in their relationship and interdependence;
• Be able to think analytically, self-organize and summarize material on the history of national law and to use the acquired theoretical knowledge of the history of law in Ukraine careers solving specific tasks;
• To be able to freely navigate the system of sources of law in Ukraine and analyze the principles of historicism.
