Know: national and international legislation regulating civil procedural legal relations, in particular, subordinate legal acts regulating in detail their separate aspects; the structure of the civil process; sources and elements of the civil process and its structure; the grounds for the emergence, change and completion of the civil process; grounds for executing a court decision; peculiarities of compensation of property and moral damage in non-contractual legal relations; the procedure and terms of consideration of a civil case and execution of a court decision.
Be able to: determine the feasibility of using one way or another to protect their rights in a particular case; to prepare (execute) procedural documents in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation; analyze practical incidents; solve situational problems.

Civil law

The aim is to master the basic provisions of the current civil procedural legislation of Ukraine that regulates social relations in the field of the administration of justice in civil matters, as well as to obtain skills for the application of relevant regulations, drafting of procedural documents, solving specific practical issues related to the application of civil procedural law and monitoring changes in current legislation. The task is: the development of normative acts, the ability to work with them; familiarization with the principles of the right of their use in solving specific legal issues; application of theoretical positions in practice, drafting of procedural documents in civil cases.
