- a technique is criminalistics facilities, receptions of their use for an exposure, research, exception, use of evidential information during realization of urgent inquisitional actions;
- criminalistics studies are about tracks;
- criminalistics to the ballistician, weapon, documents, registration and their application during realization of urgent inquisitional actions;
- a question of preparation of materials is for realization of criminalistics and other expert researches;
- principles of organization
planning of investigation of crimes;
- generals of criminalistics methodology.

Summary of the subject:
" Criminalistics« of as an academic discipline refers to the fundamental, statutory, mandatory, professionally - oriented legal disciplines and plays a leading role in the training of lawyers. Educational discipline is built on a base to practical activity of inquisitional organs. She studies operating generals, special technique, tactics and methodology, theory and history of criminalistics. A monitoring trajectory for a study are conformities to law and progress of process of exposure and investigation of crimes trends, system of his principles, issues of the day of theory and practice of criminalistics, efficiency of application of criminalistics recommendations as guarantees of pre-trial investigation, feature of methodology of investigation of separate types of crimes, problem of providing of rights and freedoms of man during realization of pre-trial investigation, makes suggestions and recommendations in relation to the improvement of tactical receptions and methods of investigation. Educational discipline »Criminalistics« leans against generalization of inquisitional, judicial, public prosecutor's and advocate practice.
The article of discipline are conformities to law from the use of technical equipments, tactical receptions and methodical recommendations from opening and investigation of crimes.
