• the structure and operation principles of the electric power fiscal automated information metering system of industrial and civil objects;
• methods to analyze results of the electric power fiscal automated information metering system of industrial and civil objects;
• framework for the use of the electric power fiscal automated information metering system of industrial and civil objects.

Summary of the subject:
Bases of the structure and operation principles of information systems of electric power consumption of industrial and civil objects. Methods and circuits intended for measuring of power and energy for energy processes according to the S. Fryze power theory. Measuring of exchange capacity and power of accumulation. Information systems to measure and control the electric power and its quality in electric power distribution systems. Methods and ways to measure the amount of liquids, steam, gas and thermal energy. Thermal energy meters, hydrometers, meters of compressed air and gas flow.
