The Baltic University Programme PhD Award 2020

The Baltic University Programme (BUP) award for the best PhD thesis supports high quality research promoting sustainable development. The awards are established in two research areas:

• Natural Sciences, Technology and Engineering
• Social Sciences and Humanities.

Deadline for nominations: 27th of March 2020.

Participants will have the chance to meet with stakeholders and take part in seminars organized at the Forum.

Each year the EU is organizing a forum for the Baltic Sea Region. The forum is an event where business, politics, academia, civil society and state organziations meet to discuss the future of our region.

Student Conference 2020

The BUP’s annual student conference 2020 has the topic Sustainable Food Production in Conditions of Climate Change.

The conference aims develop the participants knowledge and spark new ideas in a four-days conference in Slovakia.
