Результати навчання:
• know the characteristics and possibilities of modern information technologies in the field of construction scheduling, in determining the value of work, at accounting and resource management in construction, integration capabilities databases;
• be able to identify, analyze and evaluate factors of influence, form the evaluation criteria and information-economic development model enterprises, economic models of construction projects at all stages of its life cycle;
• have a practical knowledge in use software for accounting resources, implementing economic analysis of the company, determining the cost, planning and optimization of production process.

Короткий зміст навчальної програми:
Fundamentals of information technology and systematic approach to design. Classification of modern information technology in the design of construction projects. Special features of the software to calculate the cost of construction projects, taking into account the possibility of replacing the resources, technology and production methods, to development and optimization of construction schedules. The use of software for building information-economic model at all stages of the life cycle of the facility. Information technologies in accounting and auditing. Forming a model of resource management in the production of construction enterprises. The concept, structure and components of the building information model (BIM).
