Короткий зміст навчальної програми:
The nature of light and the phenomenon of the photon as an alternative to the electron carrier of information and energy are considered. Schematic diagrams and designs of optoelectronic devices, basic generation units (radiation sources of a certain spectral range - manipulation and amplification devices - electromagnetic radiation detectors) are given. Optical information display systems (displays), environmental monitoring devices (lidars and scanners) are considered. Fiber-optic communication lines, solar energy converters (photovoltaics, solar concentrators, solex systems). Modern photonic technologies in industry (laser cutting, welding, hole punching, surfacing, hardening), microelectronics (ghettoization, photostimulated diffusion processes, surface cleaning and modification, etching, deposition) are considered. Modern knowledge of femtonics and plasmonics in the field of nanotechnology is given.
