• Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and profession;
• The ability to learn, perceive the acquired knowledge in the subject area and integrate them with already available; the ability to search and analyze information from different sources;
• Basic knowledge of fundamental sciences in the necessary extent for the general professional subjects mastering;
• Basic knowledge in architecture and urban planning needed for professionally oriented disciplines mastering;
• Competence in the modern concepts in urban planning;
• The ability to use methodological approaches to evaluating natural resource potential and environmentally-friendly using forms for reproduction;
• The adoption of competent decisions in the cultural landscape conservation.

Короткий зміст навчальної програми:
This concept of the cultural landscape and landscape objects. Legal regulation of protecting cultural landscape. Compositional and estetic principles of designing cultural landscape. Classification of man-made landscape types. Determinating and learning properties of cultural landscape: diagnosis of its current state, predictions about possible changes, recommendations for selecting optimal way for preservation and development of any landscape.
