Learning outcomes:
1. to know : preconditions of occurrence, essence and consequences of social conflicts; features of prevention, management and solving social conflicts, usіng the alternative approaches in conflict resolution..
2. to be able to: determine the genetic, dynamic, structural, typological and functional characteristics of the conflict;to select and evaluate the appropriateness style or system of behavior styles in a conflict situation;to develop a system for preventing conflicts, organize negotiations, adhering to principles and rules;to implement the process of facilitation in groups and communities, apply various methods (brainstorming, dialogue, visual vision of the problem and it ssolution, prioritization, planning of common tasks, analysis of the joint decision);carry out the mediation process; provide conditions for the development of a community and an organization capable of preventing and resolving conflicts.
