Learning outcomes:
- knowledge of school management;
- knowledge of of management of individual and group (educational) activities of different types in terms of psyhopedagogy management to ensure its specified parameters;
- knowledge of communicative interaction and conflict resolution in formation and
implementation of educational services;
- ability to solve specific problems and practical problems in school management and
educational process.

Summary of the subject:
Practical application in educational management (educational process) of: peculiarities of response management in terms of verbal, nonverbal, psychological and pedagogical influence; management principles (manipulation) of human activity, in terms of legal and ethical issues of its application; peculiarities of leadership and formal management; psychological mechanisms of decision making management; basic regulations that determine human behavior in terms of production and training activities; methods of psychological influence in individual and group (educational) activities.
